Course

Race started at 11:55, four contenders.  Rupz failed to make start due to flat tyre. Wind F5 at start so fun conditions, swell moderate, freshened to 5/6 during race.

Course Fairway, outer, inner, wreck, outer, inner, wreck, home.

Line honours to Luke and Jennefer, approx 1 hr 12 mins to finish.  Jennefer apparently screamed for first ten minutes due to conditions but Luke brought her home safely if a bit “exhilarated” (insert word of your choice here)?

Course: Inner, Outer, Sinah, Inner, Outer, Wreck, Home.

A gentle breeze made it ok for the race to get underway but the slower boats struggled with enough wind later on to get through the submarine barrier inner gap the second time round and had to be towed nearer the harbour entrance to find enough wind to get home.

3 Forts Race

Following the "traditional" 3 forts course of Horse Sand Fort to starboard, Spitbank Fort to port, and No Man's Land Fort to port with a club start/finish. Conditions were breezy (F5) with a surprising amount of "Solent Chop".
