Richard Golden will be running a Sail Training day. As always the day's activities will be weather dependent but the plan is to cover things like capsize recovery, man overboard (picking up your crew), launching from and landing on a lee shore, mark rounding, tacking/jybing in different wind strengths, racing at the club and anything else that people want to cover.

You are welcome to come along whatever your level of experience - the event should be knowledge sharing as well as learning.

Please be rigged and ready to sail at 12.00. We will start with a short briefing and a discussion about what we will cover, and then get out on the water as soon as possible.
